Dear Sir / Madam, I am Jack Leong, one of ASA’s clients, and my group of 4 (others being Katherine, Michelle & Fabian) travelled on your package tour to Hokkaido this month in Oct’24 (Tour Code : JSSH8, 8D Spring & Summer in Hokkaido, on JAL), with travel dates being 17/25’Oct; returning back to Singapore just 2 days ago. With this email, I would like to compliment, commend, and convey our Thanks & Appreciation to : Anthony Chan, Amy, Tan Kah Mun. & Robert Wong (Tour Guide in Japan) Anthony was very friendly, helpful, and detailed in his explanation of the tour package to my family & I, as well as in being patient in attending to the various queries that we had. His approachable manner of getting us become more well-informed and familiar on the contents of the entire itinerary did indeed help us to decide, confirm and go on the tour package with your Company. Amy was also very friendly and helpful in assisting us with the online-digital registration of the QR-Codes required (upon arrival into Japan) on the “Visit Japan Web / Digital Agency Services”. Her explanation on the details & process of such a requirement, as well as her subsequent assistance in helping generate the QR Codes for my family & I really put us much at ease, and made us feel relieved and assured. Kah Mun, the Tour Leader, is a good Tour Leader, from start to finish. To start off with; Kah Mun was always very friendly & approachable when interacting with the group. I could see that he was trying his best to be helpful; be it in answering to queries, telling us to check on our personal belongings (from time to time), as well as giving us friendly tips on the places of visit. Whenever we were at any (and every) place of interest, Kah Mun would always ask the members of the group on whether he could help us take photos/pictures. When we were at very cold & windy places, Kah Mun would ask the members on whether we felt physically well (or not). He also looked out for us during meal times, walking around the group and asking us whether any of us would like any extra servings of rice, vegetables, or soup etc. On adhering to tour timings, his friendly ways of approaching and reminding people that “it’s time to return back to the bus” was very diplomatic. This certainly helped in getting the group back to the bus on-time, which in turn helped in keeping to the desired tour scheduling/timing, an important aspect in package tours. Overall, Kah Mun is a good tour leader who looks out for the well-being of the group. Robert, the Tour Guide, is to me personally (& my family), a great and exceptional Tour Guide ! His disposition, his high level of quality guiding, his commentaries (both on the contents of the entire tour per-se, as well as his interesting & exciting “side-stories”) were both very profound & professional, and as such, it elevated the quality of the tour (from my personal view that is), and actually made our time spent in Hokkaido (for my family and I) even more memorable than we had imagined. I would even go further to add that my family & I would be more than happy to go on more tour packages whenever Robert is the Tour Guide ! (Please advise whether you could let us know on when & where [in Japan] Robert will be conducting his tours in the next 3 to 6 months ?) All in all, my family & I would like to thank your Company ASA Holidays P/L, Anthony, Amy, Kah Mun and Robert for all the time, assistance, attention and professional services rendered, which enabled us to achieve a good holiday in Hokkaido !

Dear ASA, My family of 5 joined ASA tour code 06KPUS8 12/23SQ 8D6N BEST OF KOREA + SANTORINI from 12 to 19 June. We were very happy and blessed to have Mr Atao Chang as our tour guide and Ms Jerline Foo as our Tour Leader. Mr Atao Chang is very gentle, polite and kind to us and all the group members. He cares for all of us especially the elderly folks. He never failed to ensure that my elderly mother disembark from the bus safely. At every hotel he will definitely go to every room to check that all is well taken care of. I have never seen any tour guide from previous group tours we went from being so responsible. They will usually said call them if we needed help but Atao went the extra mile. We also enjoyed all his story telling that is full of in depth historical knowledge and peppered with humours and very lively which captures our attention. My daughter developed some rashes on her face and mouth during the trip, Atao kept trying to help us search for pharmacies and get the necessary medication. On our return flight to SG, unknowingly we left 2 power banks in the check-in luggage and was stopped by the customs officer. We were brought to an office to recheck our luggage and retrieve the power bank. As the airport was congested and crowded, we would have missed the flight as the custom officer insisted that we rejoin the main queue. Thankfully Atao did not simply left the airport after saying goodbye but stayed until we boarded. So he managed to explain to the customs officer that we will miss our flight as we also need to do the tax refund and thankfully he helped us plead to the customs officer to get us through priority queue and we didn't miss our flight. For Jerline, we were pleasantly surprised that she formed the WhatsApp group chat prior to the trip which is very useful. We have tried requesting other tour leader from other agencies to do that with no avail. Jerline is very organized in all the information she provided throughout the trip. She is also very people oriented, nice and compassionate, always accompanying my mum who has difficulty walking. We were very grateful that she even helped my mum massage her legs when her leg cramped and once after she fell from the bed which is too high for her. She is also very lively and fun loving cracking many jokes with us. We truly enjoyed her company throughout the trip. ASA is really very blessed to have both Atao and Jerline as tour guide and tour leader. We would like to compliment their service and am confident that they will continue to contribute to ASA and provide excellent services to their guests. Thank you. Hock Soon and family

Went to Italy, Switzerland and France during the December holidays with ASA tour and the overall experience had been wonderful! Trip was well-planned, timings were easy to follow, meals and hotel stays were splendid! Special mention to our fantastic tour guide, Chu Chu, who took great care of us along the way and ensured that the entire journey was safe and comfortable. With her vast experience in the industry, she has imparted great knowledge about the European culture throughout the trip. It has certainly been a blessing having such wonderful tour guide and we hope ASA will be able to cultivate more of such exemplary tour guides in the future!

Dear Sir Mdm, I am writing to say my greatest appreciation to the services rendered by Mr Chee Hau and Mr Mehmet. Mr Chee Hau especially took care of all our needs and special requests throughout our stay in Turkey making it the most memorable and delightful experience. Our turkey tour guide Mr Mehmet provided us with excellent tour guides throughout our entire travels. Despite having have to change hotel 6 times waking up very early we truly enjoyed every moment. The most unforgettable experience was when I left my packed of insulin in the fridge of Le Bleu Hotel I called our Sin tour guide Mr Chee Hau. He then took the initiative to contact Mr Mehmet and then contacted the hotel which the staff found it in the fridge. He then arranged it to be delivered to our current hotel which cost me $166 USD. The amount is not so important as I would not be able to continue my tour with insulin injection, I must say that the promptness from both of them is much appreciate. I would definitely highly recommend ASA travel to my colleague and friends. I will definitely used this company again for my other future travel plans. Thank You Mohamed Faissal

Hi Andy, My family and I had just returned from a trip to Australia led by your excellent tour leader Kurabe. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, not least due to the exemplary service rendered by Kurabe, who made everyone feel safe, willing to explore and most importantly, have fun! Thoughout the trip, she provided her deep knowledge of the places we visited and made everyone, from the kids to the elderly, feel right at home. She was always looking out for the group and willing to provide ideas and personally brought us around even during free and easy timings so that we know where to go. More than that, she was always taking pictures of us and sharing with us the photos which leaves many good memories of where we visited. When the rooms allocated by the hotel was not ideal for families who want to stay close together, she planned out all the details so that everyone was able to stay close to their families. Her planning was incredible and made us make the best use of our time there. The places we visited were so much more interesting due to the great spirit which she inculcated throughout the trip. There were things which are beyond her control, but whatever she can do to make things better, she did her utmost, and this is where I believe is what makes everyone so comfortable. In all, I have nothing but good things to say about Kurabe. Thought I need to let you know. Best regards

To The Management ASA Travel Pte Ltd We would like to compliment Mr. Damien Chia for his professionalism and outstanding service for this 13 Days Spain / Portugal trip departure date on 19 Oct 2019. Damien is the most responsible and dedicated tour leader that we have come across. We can really see his passion in his job, experience and dedication. Please allow us to elaborate: 1. Highly efficient and responsible. Hotel check - in is done within 10 minutes. i have never seen any tour leader physically going to every individual room to ensure everything in the room is in working condition. 2. Very detailed and thorough. HE goes through the tax refund procedure and help checked that it was done correctly. 3. Caring. My wife has a knee issues and Damien wuld check with her every morning how she is coping and tell her no need to rush, as he always gives us ample time. 4. Advocacy for customers. In of our lunch, the main meal was supposed to be chicken but here were only a few small strip of chicken fried with lotsa of vegetables and every one was left hungry and angry. He manages to salvage the situation to negotiate for a replacement meal and makes everybody happy. In face, he avoided unnecessary complaints. 5. Professionalism. Despite his numerous reminders to take care of our belongings, due to my tiredness, our backpack with our passports and money were stolen. We were in shock and panic. Damien was cool and very assuring and that makes feel calm. We truly appreciate that he has to take us to make a police report and the consultat during his rest time and ensured that we are safely back to Singapore. We were amazed that ASA travel has this kind of employee with such high level of professionalism and responsibility. We will definitely recommend ASA Travel to our friends. 5 Stars for Mr. Damien Chia.

Dear Person-In-Charge, My family and I have just returned from our 9D7N trip to Korea with ASA Holidays. The Korean tour guide and local tour leader in charge were Stephen Lee (Lee Ting Jun) and Heng Choon Yang respectively. The purpose of this email is to praise the dedication of Stephen and Choon Yang to their jobs. It was our first time visiting South Korea and our needs were very well taken care of from the beginning to the end of the trip, resulting in a pleasant and enjoyable trip for my family and I. As a tour guide, Mr Stephen Lee went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. He was highly knowledgeable in the places we went to, making sure to explain the history of each attraction in detail before we reach the destination. Other than that, he was very generous and would spend out of his own pocket for souvenirs from some of the places we visited. We could tell he was very inter-personal and passionate in serving his guests well and making sure they are happy, from his gestures and actions. The little action touched us very much. As we had some days where we had to travel a few hours to reach a destination, Stephen would start a karaoke session and sing his heart out, to keep us from being bored in the bus by entertaining the tour members. After a long day (even more tiring for him especially in Seoul as he had to travel 1hr + back home), he would still take the time out to go room to room to conduct room checks for us together with Choon Yang whenever we check in to a new hotel, to make sure everyone had no issues with our rooms. These are not part of his roles and responsibilities, but he did them anyway. I usually do not write commendation letters, but Stephen is a very precious gem in the company that I had to let his kindness and dedication be known and recognised. As our tour had some elderly members, he was also very patient when they asked him the same questions throughout the trip even though he had already explained them. A passionate tour guide like him is hard to find, as we have travelled on many tours before and have never met a tour guide like Stephen. He is the reason why we now have a good impression of ASA Holidays (first time using ASA), and will highly recommend and put ASA as our first choice in future travel tours. As for Choon Yang, he lets the tour group feel at ease and gives us a sense of security as he is very responsible and would make sure everyone is present before moving on. Even when some of us were late to the meeting time, he would not rush us and make us feel stressed. That is a very important point because most of us go on tours to relax from our busy lifestyles in Singapore, so having a patient tour leader that doesn’t increase our stress helps a lot. He would also always maintain a cheerful disposition and be on stand-by to help whenever we had issues with check-in, baggages, passports and etc. We owe our thanks to Mr. Stephen Lee and Mr. Heng Choon Yang for this memorable 9D7N Korea trip. For future travels, this combination of tour guide and tour leader will definitely be on our top request, as they had extremely good chemistry and worked well together. Thank you for reading and I would wish for this commendation letter to be conveyed to the management of both Mr. Stephen Lee and Heng Choon Yang respectively, to let their efforts be known to the higher management. Hi Sir/Mdm, I writing this to inform your that we have fun for this tour even though we don't have any tour leader for this trip and luckily we have our tour guide, Joyce Ma. Me and my family would like to compliment our tour guide as she will definitely go beyond her service by introducing us various local food, deserts and certain shops that we never thought of and everything she introduced is definitely worth the trip and lastly she is a very caring and funny tour guide that she treat us like a family and hopefully next time when we book Korea from ASA, we can get to meet here again! Except that my family is very disappointed that Sheraton Hotel Breakfast utensils like Fork, Spoon and Knife are not properly clean even though they claimed that they are 5 star hotel and we hope that they can improve their cleanlines.

To whom it may concern, On behalf of me and my family, I would like to give compliments to our tour guide from Korea, Mr KIM MYEONG HAK (阿明). During our 8D6N tour from 4th to 11th October, Mr Kim Myeong Hak was very welcoming and friendly from the start to the end of our trip. He was flexible and accommodating and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. Mr Kim was able to share valuable knowledge and history about Korea as well as interesting stories to keep it engaging and fun! In addition, my family and I left one of our hand carry baggage at Incheon Airport when returning back to Singapore. Mr Kim went the extra mile to translate to many airport staff on the phone to help us as much as he could. However, due to time constraint, we had to leave for Singapore. But Mr Kim went out of his way to help us call and check for our baggage the next day. Thankfully the aiport responded to my email and found the bag and Mr Kim collected it for us immediately and helped mail it back to us. We are very grateful for this and want to express our appreciation for the excellent service and extra special effort that Mr Kim provided.
