Next, visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, a serene and scenic walkway surrounded by towering bamboo. Then, head to the nearby Togetsukyo Bridge, a historic wooden structure over the Oi River, andenjoy a peaceful stroll along the Katsura River, especially beautiful during cherry blossom and autumn seasons. Continue to Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kyoto’s most iconic Shinto shrine, renowned for its thousands of vermilion torii gates that lead through the forested trails of Mount Inari.
