Day 2GUANGZHOU - NYINGCHI
Fly to Nyingchi. Enjoy the scenery along the Nyingchi Expressway. Visit Kading River (Tianfo Waterfall), a scenic area featuring waterfalls, natural rock carvings, and fresh plateau air.Note: From March 20 to April 20, the seasonal visit will be to Gala Peach Blossom Valley. During other seasons, the visit will be to Kading Valley. Nyingchi hosts China’s earliest and most spectacular spring. Gala Valley is covered in wild pink and white peach blossoms set against snowy mountains—truly postcard-perfect.

Day 3NYINGCHI
Drive via Sejila Pass, hang prayer flags and ring the Peace Bell—one of the most spiritual Tibetan experiences.On clear days, this is the best viewpoint for Mount Namcha Barwa (7,782m), ranked China’s most beautiful snow mountain. Visit Lulang Forest, known as “Little Switzerland,” featuring dense spruce and fir forests and stunning snowy peaks. Continue to Yani National Wetland Park, a blend of river valleys, snow mountains, forests, and wetlands—ideal for landscape photography.

Day 4NYINGCHI — LHASA (ALTITUDE: 3650M)
Visit Basum Tso (5A scenic area)—turquoise lake surrounded by snowy mountains, with a 1,500-year-old monastery on its island. Afterward, drive to Lhasa.

Visit Potala Palace (with audio guide), Tibet’s iconic landmark and an architectural masterpiece rich in religious artifacts. Explore Jokhang Temple (with audio guide), the holiest spiritual center in Tibet.Walk around Barkhor Street, known for its kora route and vibrant Tibetan culture.Bonus: Tibetan costume photography – includes headwear, full outfit, 10 digital photos + 3 retouched photos.Evening: Cultural show Princess Wencheng (Optional).

Day 6LHASA / SHIGATSE (360 KM｜ALTITUDE 3,800M)
Visit Yamdrok Lake, one of Tibet’s three sacred lakes, famous for its vivid blue-green gradient. Enjoy lake-view photos with yaks and Tibetan mastiffs (included). Stop at Karola Glacier, where massive ice tongues extend down the mountain—dramatic and accessible. Arrive in Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet.

Day 7SHIGATSE/LHASA (APPROX 280 KM｜3 HRS｜ALTITUDE 3,650M)
Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, one of the six major Gelug monasteries and seat of the Panchen Lama.The monastery offers magnificent views of Shigatse city from the hillside. Return to Lhasa.

今早， 乘坐国内航班飞抵拉萨机场。抵达后， 送往乘坐动车前往林芝。 沿途欣赏林芝高速风光。 游览【卡定沟（天佛瀑布）景区】，欣赏百米飞瀑与天然佛像石壁，感受高原清新的负氧离子空气，是林芝最受欢迎的自然景观之一。注： 3月20-4月20号，季节限定参观林芝嘎啦桃花沟，其他季节参观：卡定沟

Day 3林芝 (海拔：2900m)
乘车前往经色季拉山口（挂经幡·敲平安钟）。这是从林芝通往鲁朗的重要垭口，一到山顶即可看见万千经幡迎风猎猎，充满藏地仪式感。天气晴好时，这里是眺望南迦巴瓦峰的最佳地点。鲁朗林海， 被誉为“西藏的小瑞士”。巨大的云杉和冷杉原始森林层层叠叠，远处雪山巍峨壮丽，空气清新，是川藏线上最治愈的高山森林景观。远眺南迦巴瓦峰（7782m 中国最美雪山 NO.1）， 被誉为“羞女峰”，因常年被云雾遮挡而难得露真容。若在色季拉山口天气晴好，可远观峰尖穿透云层，是西藏最令人震撼的景象之一。游览雅尼国家湿地公园。以河谷、雪山、森林、湿地组成的天然画卷，是拍摄雅鲁藏布江风光的绝佳地点。春季嫩绿，秋季金黄，每个季节都极具摄影美感。

Day 4林芝-拉萨 （500km 8hrs）（公里数：500KM，海拔：3650米）
游览被誉为“西藏的小九寨” - 巴松措（国家5A景区）。湖水清澈碧蓝，被雪山包围。湖心岛上的措宗寺已有1500年历史，是红教的重要寺庙。游罢后， 乘车前往拉萨。

Day 5拉萨 (海拔：3650m)
参观世界文化遗产-布达拉宫（含耳麦），是拉萨最具象征意义的地标，红白色宫殿雄踞山顶，是西藏古建筑的巅峰之作。殿内收藏大量艺术珍宝，是了解藏传佛教与西藏历史的重要场所。大昭寺（含耳麦）已有1300多年历史，是信众心中最神圣的寺院之一。寺外的八廓街是拉萨最具生活气息的转经道，藏族朝圣者虔诚磕长头的一幕令人动容。赠送：藏装摄影-含头饰+藏服，10张电子底片+3张精修底片晚上文成公主演出（推荐自费项目，不强制）

Day 6拉萨-日喀则
前往羊卓雍措（羊湖）， 西藏三大圣湖之一，以梦幻蓝绿渐变的湖水闻名。高处俯瞰湖面犹如天神打翻的调色盘，湖边的牦牛与藏獒是游客最爱的拍照元素（赠送牦牛藏獒合影）。卡若拉冰川是电影《红河谷》拍摄地。巨大的冰舌从山坡延伸而下，近距离观看冰川纹理，非常震撼。是西藏最容易到达的冰川之一。最后下榻日喀则， 西藏第二城市。

Day 7日喀则/拉萨（全程高速280km,3hrs）（公里数：280KM，海拔：3650米）
扎什伦布寺， 黄教六大寺之一，也是历代班禅大师驻锡之地，后藏地区最大的寺庙。寺内供奉世界最大坐姿铜制强巴佛，庄严宏伟。寺庙背靠赤拉山，俯瞰日喀则城风光绝佳。随后， 乘车返回拉萨。住：拉萨

Day 8拉萨-广州
游览扎基寺（财神庙）， 拉萨最有名的财神庙之一，深受当地人信仰。祈愿事业顺利、财运平安，是行程最后一天的最佳祝福点。午餐后拉萨送机，乘搭客机飞往广州接机送酒店。
