Day 1SINGAPORE / CHENGDU
Assemble at Changi International Airport for your flight to Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province.
Day 2CHENGDU / NYINGCHI
Take domestic flight to Nyingchi. Nyingchi is also called “ the Jiangnan of Tibet ”.The Sejila Forest Park - the best view point for Nanjabarwa mountain , 【Lulang forestry】 is a typical plateau mountain meadow featuring stunning alpine scenery.Nestled between the mountains and glaciers, it has an elevation of 3700 meters , consisting of vast expanse of plants, villages and variety of vegetation.

Day 3NYINGCHI--LHASA
After breakfast , we will see 【the Baksum Tso Lake】 which is named as “Little Swiss land”. In the afternoon,we will return to Lhasa • Far view show Bagu fort • Niyang River Valley • Millin snow mountain •Lhasa River scenery.

Day 4LHASA - GYANTSE -SHIGATSE
【Yamdroktso 】- one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Seen from the summit of Kambala pass,the lake is a fabulous shade of deep turquoise. Cross the 5045m Kharola , with its awesome roadside views of 【the Nojin Kangtsang Glacier】. In the afternoon, we will go to Shigatse. (Shigatse altitude is about 3860m.)
Day 5SHIGATSE—LHASA
Visit the residence of Panchen Lama, 【the Tashilunpo Monastery 】 Founded by First Dalai Lama in 1447, it have the highest silting, Maitreya Buddha Statue in the world,which made of gold and copper alloy.Inside, we can see the Divine Pagoda of Panchan Lama.Head back to Lhasa along the Yarlong Tseangpo River, enjoying the great landscape enroute.

Day 6LHASA-ONBOARDTHE QINGZHAN RAILWAY TOXINING
【Potala Palace】 - Lhasa's landmark, a structure that deserves a place as one of the wonders of eastern architecture.【Jokhang Temple】, the most revered religious structure in Tibet.【Barkhor Street】 This area is both the spiritual heart of Lhasa and the main commercial district for Tibetans.

Day 7LHASA-ONBOARD TTHE QINGZHAN RAILWAY TOXINING
Onboard the Qingzang train up to Xining (The High Altitude Train).The most luxurious Sightseeing Train crosses the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which starts at Lhasa and ends at Xining, see Mt. Kunlun,Kekexili, and the Qinhai-Tibet Grassland and more. The route: Lhasa– Damxung–Nagqu– Amdo – Tuotuo River –Gelmud – Xining (The meal on thetrain is at your own expense.)

Day 8XINING /CHENGDU（OR BEIJING)
After about 22hrs of travelling, we will arrive at Xining - the capital city of Qinghai province. Upon arrival , visit Xining 【Dongguan Mosque 】. Transfer to airport for your domestic flight to Chengdu. or stay Xining 1 night ,then via Beijing to Singapore.

Day 9CHENGDU/SINGAPORE

齐集新加坡樟宜国际机场，搭乘豪华客直飞成都，开始您期待已久的假期，抵达后入住酒店。
Day 2成都 / 林芝
今天飞往西藏小江南-林芝（海拔2900米），抵达后驱车穿越色季拉山，远眺南迦巴瓦峰（国家地理杂志评选中国最美丽的雪山 第一名， 海拔7787 米 ， 南迦巴瓦 峰意为“直刺蓝天的战矛”，主峰高耸入云，北坡为万丈绝壁，充满了神奇的传说，是全世界最难攀登的山峰之一），观赏【鲁朗林海】前往鲁朗镇品尝著名的鲁朗石锅鸡，鲁朗镇如同高原瑞士一样风光旖旎，迷人至极。

Day 3林芝--拉萨
早餐后， 游览西藏最美丽的湖泊、雪山 森林环绕中的【巴松措】，这是令人陶醉地方，周围山 顶终年积雪， 山 腰林海海茫茫，群山环抱。在苍松翠柏的映衬下，静卧在松软如床的湖畔草地上，非常惬意。【错松寺】湖心岛上红教圣地宁玛派古寺、桃抱松， 感受当地奇特的生 殖崇拜。今天车返拉萨•远观秀巴古堡•尼洋河谷 •米林雪山•拉萨河风光。

Day 4拉萨—江孜—日喀则
翻过岗巴拉山（海拔4990 米），来到西藏圣湖—【羊卓雍错】，湖面波光粼粼，风景如画，好像人间天堂！沿途欣赏终年积雪的【卡若拉冰川】。经过红河谷 -- 江孜县城，抵达西藏第二大城市---后藏重镇日喀则。
Day 5日喀则—拉萨
早餐后，参观黄教六大寺之一的【扎什伦布寺 】- 班禅大师的驻锡地，内有世界上最大的铜弥勒坐像，还有五到九世班禅大师的合葬灵塔。之后【藏民家访】，途经雅鲁藏布江返回拉萨 。

Day 6拉萨
早餐后，游览世界上最高的宫殿式建筑—【布达拉宫】。具有1300 年历史，建于松赞干布时期， 十七世纪中叶重建后成为历代达赖喇嘛的驻锡地和政教权利中心。 之后 【药王山观景台】，【扎基寺】--西藏财神庙，【八角街 】-老城街道，藏族人活动的中心，感受西藏的人文风土。【大昭寺】-藏传佛教信徒心中的圣地。

Day 7拉萨—登上青藏铁路-天路之旅前往西宁
登上青藏铁路全氧列车，开始风光绝美的旅行。在火车上度过约22 小时，于隔天到达西宁。（火车上不含餐，用餐自理，车上挂有餐车供您点餐）。

Day 8西宁 / 成都 ( 或北京）
沿线欣赏青藏铁路无限美丽的风光，远眺玉珠峰，羌塘草原•错那湖•翻越唐古拉山口•长江源•沱沱河•可可西里大草原（如果有缘，您还能看到高原野生动物， 如藏羚羊 、野驴、黄 羊等） 。昆仑山 口 • 中国“ 盐湖城“之称的格尔木。抵达西宁后前往【东关清真大寺】，之后飞往成都或住西宁一晚，经北京返回新加坡。
