Day 1SINGAPORE - TROMSO

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Tromso - a city located in northern Norway above the Arctic Circle.

Upon arrival, begin the day with a Tromso sightseeing tour to the outstanding white washed Arctic Cathedral, Roald Amundsen Statue situated by the harbour, the once bustling Butter Market and the seemingly endless timber and merchant houses that line this square. This evening, you may wish to participate on an optional Northern Lights Hunting by Boat experience sailing out into the Barents Sea whilst enjoying the light refreshments on board.

Day 3TROMSO – LOFOTEN ISLANDS

After a hearty breakfast, depart for the Lofoten Islands which is situated just beneath the Aurora Oval - a belt that encircles the geomagnetic poles and provides some of the best chances of seeing the Northern Lights. Overnight in an authentic seaside hotel this evening. With no light pollution and an open view to the north, you may be lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights from the comfort of your lodge. Note: Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon and sighting is subject to weather conditions

Day 4LOFOTEN ISLANDS

This morning, be prepared to be in awe of the dramatic landscape of colorful and charming Norway fishing villages set against snowcapped mountains. Begin with a tour at the southernmost traditional village at Å established since the 1840s before continuing to “the most beautiful place in the world” with red and white fishermen’s huts dotting the shoreline at Reine. Afterwards, arrive at Lofoten Seafood Centre and take a boat ride to the fish farm to visit the salmon and participate in feeding them. Have a taste of this delicious piece of Norway produce onsite and enjoy an exquisite Arctic Salmon Lunch right by the premises. Later, make a stop at the beach of Ramberg before returning to the seaside hotel in anticipation of the Aurora Borealis tonight. Day 5LOFOTEN ISLANDS – ABISKO - KIRUNA

Continue our tour of the villages in Lofoten Islands today and arrive in nostalgic Henningsvaer which consists of several small islands connected by bridges like pearls on a string. Take a stroll along the streets of this small-town and simply soak in the serene ambiance to calm your body and mind when you breath in the smell from the ocean. Tonight, take a drive to the “Blue Hole of Abisko” – This scientifically proven ‘blue hole’ refers to a patch of sky over the Lake Torneträsk that usually remains clear despite overcast weather in surrounding areas and is a prime location for viewing of the Northern Lights. Continue to Kiruna for overnight.Note: Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon and sighting is subject to weather conditions

Day 6KIRUNA – LAPLAND

Afterwards, continue for an Icehotel Tour to see the famous hotel and an art exhibition made of ice and snow from the frozen Torne River, painstakingly sculpted by builders and artists. Do not forget to check out the ice bar and sip on a champagne or a delicious cocktail served in glasses made of ice. This afternoon, cross over from Sweden into Finland – the happiest country in the world and arrive in Europe’s last untamed wilderness, Lapland.

After breakfast, journey to Rovaniemi – official hometown of Santa Claus on the Arctic Circle in Lapland Finland where culture, wild activities and fairy-tales await. Visit Santa Claus Village for a fun-filled Christmas Experience as you cuddle in the arms of the ever-so-heartwarming Santa. Continue to Santa Post Office and mail out a special postcard to your loved ones with a special Arctic Circle stamp on them and be awarded with an Arctic Circle Crossing Certificate. Afterwards, proceed to the Husky Dog Farm where we visit our warm friendly friends and learn more about the life of these Arctic dogs. Our friendly guide will educate us about their training routine, lifestyle and habits as we prepare to hop on the Husky’s Sledge Dog Ride for an exhilarating experience in the snow. In the afternoon, embark on an unforgettable Reindeer Sleigh Ride - the oldest local transport in Lapland and earn your very own reindeer driving license.

Enjoy the day at leisure. You may wish to participate in an optional Snowmobile with Icefishing activity to experience the exhilarating ride through whitewashed forests to learn and attempt the unique experience of fish baiting on the icy lake.

Start your day with a visit to Ranua Wildlife Park for close-up wildlife sightings of polar bears, lynxes, wolverines, foxes and over 50 different Arctic animals native to Lapland. The animals’ spacious enclosures are located in the middle of the northern coniferous forest which is also the natural environment for most of the species living in the park. Bring home not only bountiful knowledge and a deeper understanding of the native wildlife but also souvenirs from shopping during the allocated free time. Tonight, we will be staying in the renowned Glass Igloo to experience the unique opportunity to sleep under the Lovely Lapp Sky whilst admiring the World’s Most Amazing Natural Phenomenon - Aurora Borealis (also called the Nordic Light) in the comfort of a heated accomodation. Note: Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon and sighting is subject to weather conditions

Day 10LEVI – KIRKENES

Proceed northwards into Norway to reach Kirkenes, a small town famous for king crab and embark on a phenomenal King Crab Safari with Aurora Hunting, where you will get a chance to catch the Northern Lights and the Arctic King Crab with your own hands (metaphorically, not literally) and savour the freshly cooked and delicious king crabs that weigh up to 15 kilograms in weight. Depending on the weather conditions, you will head out to the fjord either by snowmobile sledge or boat and indulge in a hearty dinner and savour the sweet freshness of the king crab. Note: The appearance of the Northern Lights cannot be guaranteed as it is a naturally occurring phenomenon and is subject to weather conditions.

Day 11KIRKENES – OSLO // IVALO-HELSINKI*

Enjoy some free time and depart to the airport for our domestic flight to capital of Norway - Oslo. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. If time permits, you may wish to consider an optional Oslo City Tour with photostops at the Akershus Castle and the Royal Palace, followed by a visit to Frogner Park’s controversial Vigeland Sculptures and the Holmenkollen Ski Jump area before enjoying some free at leisure time in the city centre.*For departures on Finnair (AY), please refer below - Enjoy some free time and depart to the airport for our domestic flight to capital of Finland - Helsinki. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. If time permits, you may wish to consider an optional Helsinki City Tour to Senate Square, Market Square, the Sibelius Monument and the world famous Church in the Rock. Be entralled by the famous Temppelaukio architectural designs of the Finlandia Hall of Congress, the Concert Center and the Post Office Mansion. If time permits, enjoy some free at leisure time at the famous Itakeshus Shopping Center or simply soak in the Christmas atmosphere at the Christmas Market before transfer to the airport for your flight back to Singapore.
