Upon arrival, met by our representative and start the day with an Ulaanbaatar sightseeing tour visit National Museum of Mongolia. This iconic museum houses an impressive historical collection, divided into three main sections: archaeological artifacts, medieval history of Mongolia and modern historical objects, including photographs, recordings and documents. After dinner, transfer to check in hotel and rest.

Day 3ULAANBAATAR – TERELJ NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, visit Ganden Monastery, a historic Tibetan Buddhist temple with over 200 years of history. As the largest temple in Mongolia, it is renowned for housing the world’s largest bronze Buddha statue. Standing at an impressive 28 metres tall, the statue is fully gilded and adorned with countless jewels, making it a true national treasure of Mongolia. Next, proceed to the Chinggis Khan Statue Complex, home to the largest equestrian statue of Genghis Khan in the world. Explore the museum within the complex and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Mongolian steppe from the observation deck located in the horse’s mane. Thereafter, drive to Terelj National Park. Upon arrival, take a 30-minute walk up the hills to reach the Ariyapal Meditation Temple, which offers stunning vistas of the surrounding valley. Tonight, savour one of Mongolia’s oldest traditional dishes: stone-roasted lamb. This unique cooking method produces tender and flavourful meat with a taste reminiscent of both barbecue and stew. According to local elders, stone-roasted lamb is considered the ancestor of ancient Mongolian cuisine and was once a delicacy enjoyed by princes and nobles in the royal palace.

Day 4TERELJ NATIONAL PARK – NOMADIC HOME VISIT – ULAANBAATAR

After breakfast, proceed to a Nomadic Home Visit, where you’ll explore traditional yurts, the homes of Mongolian nomads and gain insight into their way of life today. This immersive experience offers a vivid demonstration of the everyday activities of a traditional Mongolian family and herders, showcasing authentic practices that tourists can actively participate in. Witness herders crafting dairy products such as yogurt, cheese and fermented mare’s milk, with opportunities to sample these unique delicacies. Observe a real-life depiction of a Mongolian herder family on the move, using ox carts and camel freight to transport goods across the vast steppe. You’ll also have the chance to see the milking of yaks, sheep, goats, and mares and interact directly with the herders. Additionally, enjoy hands-on demonstrations of traditional Mongolian crafts, including felt-making - where raw wool is transformed into felt for constructing gers (yurts) - and the intricate art of leather tanning, used to create boots and saddles. The atmosphere is rustic, immersive and interactive, allowing you to fully engage with the traditional lifestyle of Mongolian herders. Later, visit Sukhbaatar Square, the heart of Ulaanbaatar and a site for major state ceremonies, parades (such as those celebrating Mongolian State Flag Day or the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers), cultural events, concerts and exhibitions. Here, visiting heads of state often pay their respects at the statue of Sukhbaatar. Continue to the Parliament Building for a photo stop before concluding your day. This evening, enjoy a captivating Mongolian Traditional Cultural Show, featuring performances that celebrate the rich heritage of Mongolia.

Day 5ULAANBAATAR – IRKUTSK (SIBERIAN TRAIN)

After breakfast, visit the Bogd Khan Winter Palace Museum, the former residence of Bogd Khan VIII, the last Mongolian emperor. This historic palace holds the distinction of being the first two-storey building in Mongolia. Inside, the items and furnishings are meticulously arranged as they were during Bogd Khan’s time, offering a glimpse into his royal lifestyle. The museum boasts an impressive collection of cultural relics, including precious Thangka paintings, Buddhist statues and ritual implements, each over a hundred years old and considered a historical treasure. After lunch, board the Siberian Train bound for Irkutsk, Russia.Note: Overnight Stay in a communal 4-berth Train Cabin.

Day 6IRKUTSK – OLKHON ISLAND

Irkutsk, the administrative centre of Irkutsk Oblast in Russia, is the sixth-largest city in Siberia. Strategically positioned as a stronghold at the mouth of the Irkut River, the city derives its name from this location. Known as the largest city near Lake Baikal, Irkutsk first appeared on the map in the mid-17th century. Throughout history, it has been destined to serve as a "window to the East," paving Russia's path to the Pacific Ocean. Upon arrival in Irkutsk, transfer to Olkhon Island, the largest of the 22 islands in Lake Baikal. Often referred to as the "pearl of Siberia," Lake Baikal holds Olkhon Island as its heart. This mystical island has long been regarded as the centre of Shamanism in northern Russia and is affectionately called the "Island of Mystery" by locals. The largest settlement on the island is Khuzhir, primarily inhabited by the Buryat people. The town offers basic accommodation and dining options. Olkhon Island’s pleasant climate, breathtaking scenery, numerous natural and archaeological sites, diverse wildlife, fresh air and pristine environment make it a haven for nature lovers. Combined with well-preserved ethnic traditions and unique cultural customs, the island has become a popular destination for tourists seeking an authentic and immersive experience.Note: Breakfast and Lunch will be on your own while travelling by train.

Day 7OLKHON ISLAND – IRKUTSK

After breakfast, embark on an exploration of the northern route of Olkhon Island. The first stop is Shamanka Rock, a sacred site at the heart of Shamanism and one of Asia’s nine holy places. Atop the rock stands a majestic Shaman Buddha statue, symbolising its role as a sacred space for connecting with nature, the universe and spirits. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to experience local customs and immerse yourself in the mystical rituals and beliefs of Shamanism. Next, drive to the northernmost point of the island – Cape Khoboy. This stunning location is one of the most picturesque spots on Lake Baikal, where locals gather to watch breathtaking sunsets and express gratitude to the spirits for their kindness and justice. Although Lake Baikal is at its widest here, on a clear day, you can see the opposite shore and the hilly Saint Nose Peninsula in the distance. Nearby, you’ll also find Deva (Girl) Rock, steeped in legend. According to folklore, this rock was once a girl who transformed herself to protect her family from evil thoughts. Enjoy a traditional Russian picnic lunch featuring fire-cooked omul fisherman’s soup, a hearty and flavourful dish made from the lake’s famous omul fish. Afterward, transfer back to your hotel to relax and reflect on the day’s adventures.

Upon arrival, transfer to the airport for your flight to Incheon. Upon arrival, enjoy a dinner and conclude your day with a visit to Chinatown Street, where you can explore the living history of the Chinese community in Korea. Incheon’s Chinatown is a quintessential tourist destination, brimming with exotic foods, vibrant attractions, and cultural charm. Unlike other Chinatowns around the world, this neighbourhood remains a residential area, home to second and third-generation Chinese immigrants who continue to preserve their heritage. With its rich history and unique character, Incheon’s Chinatown has become a popular day-trip destination, drawing visitors from all over the region.

Day 3乌兰巴托 – 特纳吉国家公园

早餐后,前往参观甘丹寺,这座拥有超过200年历史的藏传佛教寺庙是蒙古国最大的寺庙,并以其供奉的世界最大的青铜佛像而闻名.佛像高达28米,全身镀金并镶嵌了无数宝石,其宏伟壮丽使其成为蒙古的国宝。接着,前往参观成吉思汗雕像,被认为是世界上最大的成吉思汗雕像之一,从远方就可看见成吉思汗骑乘骏马的英勇姿态,雕像正下成吉思汗博物馆,进入馆内可从雕像的马鬃部位俯瞰漠北辽阔的草原景致。随后,乘车前往肯特山脉中的一处自然保护区 - 特纳吉国家公园,是距离乌兰巴托最近的国家公园。这里山峦起伏,悬崖峭壁,奇峰异石,河流清澈,犹如世外桃源,美丽的绿色区域和迷人的岩层。抵达后,步行约30分钟上山,前往冥想寺,这里可以俯瞰山谷的绝美景色。今晚,品尝蒙古最古老的传统美食之一: 石头烤羊。这种独特的烹饪方法使羊肉鲜嫩可口,味道介于烧烤和炖煮之间,据当地长者讲述,石头烤羊肉是古代蒙古大汗和王宫贵族享用的宫廷佳肴之一。

Day 4喀喇昆仑 – 游牧民族家访 – 乌兰巴托

Day 6伊尔库兹克 – 奥利洪岛

伊尔库茨克是俄罗斯伊尔库茨克州的行政中心,也是西伯利亚第六大城市。这座城市因位于安加拉河支流伊尔库特河口而得名,历史上一直是 “通往东方的窗口” ,为俄罗斯开辟了通往太平洋的道路。伊尔库茨克于17世纪中叶首次出现在地图上。抵达伊尔库茨克后,前往奥利洪岛,这是贝加尔湖22个岛屿中最大的一个。贝加尔湖被誉为 “西伯利亚的明珠” ,而奥利洪岛则是这颗明珠的心脏。这座神秘的岛屿长期以来被视为俄罗斯北部萨满教的中心,当地人称其为 “神秘之岛” 。岛上最大的聚居地是胡日尔镇,主要由布里亚特人居住,小镇提供基本的住宿和餐饮服务。奥利洪岛气候宜人、风景如画,拥有众多自然与考古遗址、丰富的野生动物、清新的空气以及原始的生态环境,再加上保存完好的民族传统和独特的文化习俗,使它成为许多游客向往的热门目的地。注:早餐和午餐将在火车上自行安排。

Day 7奥利洪岛 – 伊尔库兹克

早餐后,开始探索奥利洪岛的北部路线。第一站是萨满岩,这里是萨满教的核心圣地,也是亚洲九大圣地之一。岩石顶端矗立着一尊庄严的萨满佛像,象征着它作为与自然、宇宙和灵魂沟通的神圣空间的重要地位。在这里,您将有机会体验当地的风俗。并沉浸于萨满教神秘的仪式和信仰之中。随后,驱车前往岛屿的最北端 – 合波角。这个绝美的地点是贝加尔湖最具风景如画的地方之一,当地人常在此观赏壮丽的日落,并向神灵表达对他们仁慈与正义的感激之情。沿途参观人脸山,它的山壁天然形成了像人脸一样的轮廓;鳄鱼岛,这个小岛因其外形像一只躺卧的鳄鱼而得名;还有迷人的沙滩怪松林,这些松树奇特的弯曲形态,仿佛经历了风霜的洗礼;以及三色水,这是贝加尔湖的独特景观,湖水的颜色因阳光角度和水中矿物质的不同而呈现出蓝、绿、透明等不同的色调。还可以看到三兄弟石,它们代表着贝加尔湖传说中的三位英雄。如果天气晴朗,还有机会在湖中看到世界上独一无二的淡水海豹,它们是贝加尔湖特有的物种。车程继续,途经辽阔的草原和红岩石,这些景色展示了贝加尔湖周边原始、纯净的自然风貌。午餐享用传统的俄罗斯野餐,品尝用贝加尔湖著名的奥木尔鱼烹制的篝火煮渔夫汤,这是一道温暖而美味的佳肴。午餐后,继续前往贝加尔湖水最深处的男孩峰和女孩峰,这两个峰被当地人视为神圣的许愿地。之后,返回酒店。晚餐后,可以选择自行前往距离萨满岬不远的沙滩,这里是观赏湖景的绝佳地点。尽情欣赏对岸雄伟的阿马尔达阪山脉,仿佛与自然融为一体。
