Onboard the Qingzang train up to Tibet (The High Altitude Train). On the way there, you will enjoy the fantastic views Qinghai Tibet plateau. It will spend 24 hours on the train, about on the second of the 拉特morning arrive in Xining city. Whole day enjoy the Qinghai Tibet Railway scenery onboard.

齐集新加坡樟宜国际机场，搭乘豪华客直飞成都，开始您期待已久的假期，抵达后入住酒店。**贴心小提醒：**进藏前请保证睡眠充足，避免剧烈运动，有助于缓解高原反应。

Day 2成都/林芝
今天搭乘内陆航班飞往林芝。游览素有西藏小瑞士--鲁朗林海（海拔3700米），如诗如画，有“叫人不想家的地方”之称。前往卡定沟（海拔2980米），看天佛瀑布奇观。此处山势险要高耸入云，是典型的峡谷地貌，奇峰异石古树参天，落差近200米的瀑布飞流直下雄伟壮观。之后返回林芝。备注：3月20日-4月20日桃花节季节限定景观：嘎啦桃花村，天然的野生桃林桃花盛开在每年的3月，此时寒意未尽，娇嫩的桃花在皑皑雪山下却显得格外的柔媚。4-6月份：藏区的杜鹃花花期是4-6月底，最佳观赏期一般为5月底到6月，藏区杜鹃花最佳观赏地点公认的是色季拉山口（海拔4728米）。色季拉山海拔在3000米-5200米之间，公路沿线附近1000平方公里有大片的高山杜鹃花海。

Day 3林芝/拉萨
早餐后，沿途欣赏雅鲁藏布江和尼洋河两江交汇风光，游览被称为西藏明珠--巴松措（含观光车）（海拔3490米）+ 湖心岛也叫「错高湖」，意为“绿色的水”，湖水的绿色现出不同的层次、浓淡和美感。错宗寺，寺内供奉莲花生大师，是当地人心中的圣地。之后前往拉萨市。沿途远观河谷，雪山，尼洋河风光。抵达拉萨后入住酒店，适应高原气候。备注：5月底-10月初，巴松措附近的村庄，开满了大片的薰衣草花，徜徉在紫色的花海里，这里是西藏的一张新的名片，陶醉在令人心旷神怡的花海。5月底-7月份：拉林高速沿途可以看到大片的油菜花，在油菜花盛开的季节，空气中弥漫着油菜花的香气，仿佛自己就要变身花的仙子。群山环绕间，炊烟袅袅的田园令人流连忘返。（林芝3月底开始, 油菜花便陆续开放, 一直可以延续到7月份）

Day 4拉萨
今早，参观世界上最高的宫殿，世界文化遗产---布达拉宫（海拔3700米），也是达赖喇嘛的冬宫，历代达赖喇嘛驻锡地。接着前往著名的大昭寺（海拔3650米），是藏传佛教信徒心中的圣地，是藏王松赞干布建造。然后游览八角街，围绕在大昭寺周围的一圈老城街道，藏族人活动的中心，也是旅行者到拉萨必去之地。【特色体验】 ※特别赠送藏装摄影：来到西藏一定要打卡的藏服街拍，摄影师专业拍照并赠送10张底片。（含藏装+头饰+电子照片）（不含化妆）

Day 5拉萨/日喀则
早餐后，翻过岗巴拉山（海拔4990米），来到西藏圣湖—羊卓雍错（海拔4440米）。湖面波光粼粼，风景如画，好像人间天堂！在观景台上还能远眺乃钦康桑雪山（海拔7191米），乃钦康桑雪山是西藏四大神山之一，由于高寒，山体顶部尖锥突兀，常年终日白云缭绕飘撒粒雪。之后来到卡若拉冰川（海拔5400米）是西藏三大大陆型冰川之一，为年楚河东部源头是西藏三大大陆型冰川之一。之后途径斯米拉水库（海拔4330米），抵达西藏第二大城市---后藏重镇日喀则。

Day 6日喀则/拉萨
今早参观黄教六大寺之一的扎什伦布寺（海拔4000米），是该地区最大的寺院，可与拉萨布达拉宫媲美。沿途欣赏雅鲁藏布江沿岸风光返回拉萨。※赠送：旱地拔葱专业飞手拍摄布达拉宫背景视频，并赠送咖啡1杯+小点心，赠送剪辑15秒视频1段。

Day 7拉萨/登上青藏铁路 ### 天路之旅前往西宁
早餐后，前往拉萨火车站，登上青藏铁路全氧列车前往西宁，开始风光绝美的旅行。欣赏青藏铁路无限美丽风光，在火车上度过24小时，于隔天中午前到达青海省会西宁市。沿途可欣赏青藏高原景色（唐古拉山口、可可西里等）。（火车上不含餐，用餐自理，可提前准备食品或购买简餐。车上挂有餐车供您点餐）

Day 8抵达西宁
列车抵达西宁，接火车后乘坐旅游车前往走进青海湖（含电瓶车），中国最大高原咸水湖，中国最美湖泊之一，感受高原静谧与辽阔，湖面如镜，拍摄圣地。

Day 9西宁/贵德/西宁
乘车前往被誉为“小江南”的贵德县。 游览贵德国家地质公园（含观光车）主要地质遗迹为砂岩峰丛地貌、黄河河谷景观、风蚀地貌。接着， 前往青海省博物馆，此馆保存了青海的历史，文化，宗教，文物的保护。游罢后， 返回西宁。

Day 10西宁-北京-新加坡
早餐后，参观东关清真寺，俗称骆驼寺 ，始建于明洪武二十年（1380年），是中国五大清真寺之一。游罢后， 送往机场乘国内航机前往成都转搭乘豪华客机返回温暖的家园新加坡。祝您与中欧航旅有个愉快又难忘的青藏之旅 , 谢谢您的支持。
