Day 1SINGAPORE ✈ HANEDA / NARITA

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport and begin your holiday with a pleasant flight to Japan.Note: In the event of morning flight, passengers will stay the night at Narita and enjoy an additional breakfast.

Day 2HANEDA / NARITA – GUNMA - NIIGATA

Upon arrival, meet and greet by local representative and drive towards to Gunma. Marvel the famous Ueno Sky Bridge that extends over the verdant natural landscape is a suspension bridge built to a massive scale. A beautiful forest and ravine spreads out from under your eyes, and you can walk through the air while enjoying the magnificence of nature. Next, proceed to Byakue Dai-Kannon. This is the statue of Goddess of Mercy with the height of 41.8 meters and weight of 6,000 tons. Since the built in 1936, the statue is loved by the citizens as the symbol of Takasaki. You can walk inside the statue up to the height of its shoulder. Thereafter visit the Niigata Furusato Village is a multi-purpose tourism facility comprised primarily of the “Bazaar Hall” with its collection of Niigata’s products and delicacies, and the “Appeal Hall” with its introduction of Niigata’s history, culture, and tourist spots. Its various events are also quite popular. There are also 60,000 tulips in bloom.

Day 3NIIGATA – SADOJIMA

This morning, enjoy a ferry ride to Sadojima. Next, hop on and experience wooden tub-shaped boats, that were originally used for collecting seaweed, shellfish and other things from the waters around Ogi. Proceed to the Senkaku-wan Bay Ageshima Park is a sightseeing attraction on Sado Island in Niigata. The park you can enjoy the glorious scenery of the Senkaku-wan Bay from the Ageshima Observatory and the Yusenkyo Bridge. You can also visit the Ageshima Aquarium to see coastal fish up close. From mid-March to late November the park also operates glass boats that you can ride out into the bay to see the underwater scenery as well. Next, visit Kinzan Gold Mine during the Edo period,when it was one of the most productive gold mines in Japan. Between 1601 and 1989 (when people stopped mining on Sado Island), 78 tons of gold and 2,330 tons of silver were produced. The mine also produced small amounts of bronze.

Day 4SADOJIMA – NIIGATA – YAMAGATA / TENDO

Begin the day with a tour, we will depart from Port of Sadojima and head towards Niigata. Proceed to Mt Zao is a volcanic mountain range on the prefectural border between Yamagata and Miyagi Prefectures. Enjoy yourself to discovering Nature’s varied as you proceed to breathtaking mountain park. Continue to Zao Onsen is known for its high acidity and it is said that a dip in its waters can heal skin conditions and gastrointestinal disorders. Next, proceed to Yamadera Temple is a scenic located in the mountains northeast of Yamagata City. The temple was founded over a thousand years ago in 860. Enjoy the Maiko Dance Show, where you can apprentice geishas perform songs, dances, and play the shamisen with you.

Day 5YAMAGATA / TENDO – MATSUSHIMA – SENDAI

Today, proceed to Tendo Fruitland for fruit-picking (seasonal). Next, visit Shiokama Market is home to over 140 seafood stalls dealing in fresh fish, processed marine products, salted and dried seafood. Enjoy the Matsushima Cruise where Matsushima Bay has been celebrated as one of Japan’s three most scenic views alongside Miyajima and Amanohashidate. The bay is dotted by over 200 small islands covered by pines trees. Thereafter, visit Godaido is a small temple hall that perched on a small island in Matsushima bay. Visit the statue of Date Masamune on horseback that stands on the castle tower base is an iconic symbol of the Sendai landscape. Lastly, you enjoy shopping at Ichibancho Arcade Street.

Day 6SENDAI – KAITSU – NASUKOGEN

After Breakfast, proceed to Goshikinuma, a five color ponds changes depending on weather conditions. Then proceed to Aizu-Wakamatsu Castle, also known as Tsuruga Castle is a concrete replica of a traditional Japanese castle in northern Japan. Next, visit Kitakata Ramen Kan, one of the Big 3 local ramen of Japan (the other 2 are Sapporo and Hakata), is from a very small city of kitakata of northern Japan. Continue, visit to the Ouchi-juku lying along Aizu West Road is a small village nestled among lofty mountains that once flourished as post town in the Edo period. Many thousands straw rice sacks and commodities were cared overland along this road. Thereafter, proceed to Nasukogen is located in the Nasuyumoto Hot Springs, blessed with an abundance of nature and beautiful scenery. It lies at the foot of the spectacular Nasu mountain.

Day 3新泻 - 佐渡岛

Immigration procedures require all tourists to possess a passport with minimum 6 months validity from the day of departure . Singapore passport do not require a visa to Japan. For foreign passport, please ensure relevant visa is applied should you need one. It is necessary to bring along re-entry permit or air ticket to country of origin for passenger not holding Singapore passport. It is advisable to keep separately a photocopy of your travel document.
