Day 1CHECK-IN AT SINGAPORE CHANGI AIRPORT

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport and fly to Istanbul – Land of the Ottoman, where your Mediterranean adventure begins.

Day 2SINGAPORE ✈ ISTANBUL - CANAKKALE

ASA

On arrival, your Mediterranean adventure begins with a tour of historic Istanbul. Drive pass the magnificent Roman Valens Aqueduct. Visit the open-air museum “Hippodrome”, venue of ancient Roman chariot races; see the Egyptian Obelisk; visit the Blue Mosque with its beautiful tiles; and the UNESCO World Heritage Site – St. Sophia Museum (Hagia Sophia), at one time, a cathedral and subsequently became a mosque. Visit fabulous Topkapi Palace (close on Tuesdays), a walled city perched above the Bosphorus and Golden Horn. Tranfer to canakkale by 1915 Canakkale Bridge. Note: In the event that Topkapi Palace is closed (Every Tuesday & Public Holiday), it will be replaced by the 6th century Underground Water Palace (Basilica Cistern), located in the underground of Istanbul, one of the few in the world.

Day 3CANAKKALE – PERGAMON – KUSADASI

See the legendary wooden Trojan Horse before continuing on to Pergamon. From here, take a cable car to see the wonder and splendour of the Acropolis. the temple of Athena and famous library. Along the way, visit Turkish Local Produce Shop, where one may sample and purchase famous Turkish sweets, teas, olive oil, nuts etc. Continue to the pretty port of Kusadasi on the Aegean Sea.

Day 4KUSADASI – SELCUK – PAMUKKALE

Rise and shine, drive to UNESCO World Heritage Site – Ephesus. Visit the outdoor archeological museum at Selcuk where many of the excavated artifacts of Ephesus are on display. The House of the Virgin Mary, the final resting place of the mother of Christ, is spectacularly situated above the Ephesus Ruins and awaits everyone. Marvel at the colonnaded Arcadian Way, the Library of Celsus and the Amphitheatre. Visit the Turkish Leather Factory Outlet and enjoy a delightful fashion show that showcases the most trendy leather products such as jackets, wallets, handbags, belts, hats etc. Continue to UNESCO Heritage Site – Pamukkale to see the ruins of ancient Hierapolis and Fairyland Terraces (Cotton Castle) and be enchanted by the glistening pools and cascades in scallop shell basins.

Day 5PAMUKKALE – KONYA – CAPPADOCIA

After breakfast, drive to Konya, the old capital of the Anatolian Seljuk Empire, now Turkey’s most religious city and home of the mystical Whirling Dervish sect. Enter the fluted turquoise-domed Mevlana Tekke, a museum and national monument which contains the tomb of the Founder of The Whirling Dervishes. Visit a hotel for ancient travelers on the Silk Road, the 13th century ancient Caravanserai before driving to Cappadocia.

Day 6CAPPADOCIA

Cappadocia’s sightseeing includes visits to the Pigeon Valley and the fascinating frescoed rock churches and chapels at UNESCO Heritage Site – Goreme Open-Air Museum. Marvel at the Fairy Chimneys. Stop at the Turkish Carpet Weaving Centre where a wide variety of locally handmade carpets are available. Proceed to a Pottery Village, set on the banks of the Kizilirmak (Red River). Visit the Turkish Pottery Showroom and witness a cup-making demonstration which uses Cappadocian soil. Turkish-made plates, bowls, cups, pots, clocks are available for purchase. Next, visit a Turkish Jewellery Store. End the day with a visit to an ancient cave theatre and be entertained with a free flow of drinks and by a traditional Turkish performance, Turkish Belly Dancing Show”. Recommended Optional Excursion: Hot Air Balloon Voyage

Day 7CAPPADOCIA – ANKARA – BOLU

This morning, stop at Esentepe Hill for a bird’s eye view of Cappadocia. Next, be enchanted by the Underground City, once a place of refuge for 15,000 Christians. Explore the ancient bedrooms, church, meeting hall and food storage rooms in this eight-storey city connected by 30km of corridors and passageways. Visit the picturesque Salt Lake before proceeding to Ankara. Visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk which is located on an imposing hill in the Anittepe quarter of the city. It showcases the history of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, “The Founding Father of Modern Turkey”. Transfer to Bolu for your overnight stay.

Day 8BOLU – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, proceed to Camlica Hill to see a panoramic view of the southern part of the Bosphorous Canal and the mouth of the Golden Horn. End the day by visiting the Grand Bazaar which houses more than 4,000 shops, teahouses and cafes. A place where one can find art crafts, lamps, clothes, jewelry, paintings, souvenirs, cooking utensils, etc. Recommended Optional Excursion: Bosphorous Cruise + Spice Bazaar

抵达目的地后,开始伊斯坦布尔的市区游览。途经瓦伦斯水道桥,接着参观由美丽瓷砖建成的蓝色清真寺。之后到古罗马竞技场,这是古罗马的马战车比赛场地。续程到古埃及方尖碑。过后参观联合国世界文化遗产圣索菲亚博物馆; 这也曾经同时是个大教堂和一座清真寺,现在却是一个宏伟的博物馆。过后参观神话般的托普卡珀皇宫*; 此皇宫处于博斯普鲁斯海峡和金角湾的交汇点。午餐后,乘车越过1915大桥到恰纳卡莱,途中将会越过欧洲与亚洲的分界线。注意:如遇托普卡珀皇宫关闭 (星期二及公共假日休假),将由6世纪伊斯坦布尔地下宫殿取代。此宫殿建于伊斯坦布尔市的土地下。

Day 4库萨达斯 - 塞尔丘克 - 帕莫卡莱

今日将到联合国世界自然遗产以弗所,参观圣母玛丽亚故居,此乃圣母玛丽亚晚年归隐的地方。过后,游览阿卡迪安途径,塞尔苏斯图书馆和露天剧场。接着到土耳其皮革展馆, 欣赏摩登精彩的服装秀,展示皮包,皮夹克,帽子等等。继续前往帕莫卡莱。抵达后,看希拉波利斯古城与联合国世界自然遗产 “帕莫卡莱梯田”(棉花城堡),看经历千百年钙化沉淀,形成层层相叠的白色天然阶梯棉花堡。

Day 5帕莫卡莱 - 科尼亚 - 卡帕多细亚

Immigration procedures require all tourists to possess a passport with minimum 6 months validity from the day of departure. Singapore passport holders do not require a visa to Turkey. For foreign passport, please ensure relevant visa is applied should you need one. It is necessary to bring along re-entry permit or air ticket to country of origin for passenger not holding Singapore passport. It is advisable to keep separately a photocopy of your travel document.
